4 x Persian style flatbreads
300g sausage meat
1 free range egg yolk
410g Haggis
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 red pepper diced
Tzatziki
Method
- In a bowl add the sausage meat, haggis, egg yolk, and the remaining dry ingredients. Mix well using your hands, then split the mixture into 4 and form into one long sausage shape around 4 skewers. Put the skewers into the fridge to chill for at least 30 mins.
- Once chilled, remove the skewers from the fridge and grill on a skillet or pan on medium heat being sure to keep turning the skewers, cook until they are piping hot all the way through. This will take approximately 5–10 mins.
- Toast your Persian style flatbreads or place in oven for 3-5 mins. Serve your kebabs with tzatziki or your favourite sauce and enjoy!
