4 x Deli kitchen Sliced Focaccia
1 x 600g ham hock
1ltr ginger beer
300g applewood smoked cheddar cheese
1 x pack of rocket
100g red onion chutney
1 tbsp mustard
1 tsp honey
3 tbsp mayonnaise
- In a large pan place your ham hock in and submerge in ginger beer, bring to the boil and then simmer for 2-3 hours
- Once the ham is cooked remove from the pan and leave to cool before slicing.
- Toast your focaccia lightly under the grill, spread the red onion chutney over one slice, add slices of cheese, rocket, ham hock pieces and then the slices of apple.
- Finally drizzle over your honey mustard mayo and pop the lid on and it’s game time!
