  • 4 Deli kitchen Sliced Focaccia

  • 600g ham hock

  • 1ltr ginger beer

  • 300g applewood smoked cheddar cheese

  • 1 pack of rocket

  • 100g red onion chutney

  • 1 tbsp mustard

  • 1 tsp honey

  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise

Method

  1. In a large pan place your ham hock in and submerge in ginger beer, bring to the boil and then simmer for 2-3 hours.

  2. Once the ham is cooked remove from the pan and leave to cool before slicing.

  3. Toast your focaccia lightly under the grill, spread the red onion chutney over one slice, add slices of cheese, rocket, ham hock pieces, and then the slices of apple.

  4. Finally drizzle over your honey mustard mayo and pop the lid on and it's game time!
