Tandoori Chicken Flatbread

Ingredients

  • 2 Deli Kitchen Lebanese Style Flatbreads
  • 6 chicken thighs (boneless & skinless)
  • 50g Greek yoghurt
  • 2tsp tandoori curry powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1tsp coriander
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp garlic puree
  • Salt and pepper
  •  ½ lemon, squeezed
  • Tub of tzatziki 
  • Jar of mango chutney
  • Handful of red onion
  • Roasted red pepper
  • Fresh chilli (optional)
  • Fresh coriander (optional)

Method

  1. Cut your chicken thighs into small pieces and pop into a bowl.
  2. In the bowl, add the yoghurt and all the spices along with plenty of salt and pepper.
  3. Pop the chicken in the air fryer for 12-14 minutes at 180º until cooked through.
  4. Take your Lebanese Style Flatbreads and add a dollop of tzatziki and mango chutney to each.
  5. Next, add the cooked chicken pieces.
  6. Top with red onion, roasted red pepper, fresh chilli and coriander. 
  7. Serve with a squeeze of lemon and enjoy!
