Ingredients
- 2 Deli Kitchen Lebanese Style Flatbreads
- 6 chicken thighs (boneless & skinless)
- 50g Greek yoghurt
- 2tsp tandoori curry powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1tsp coriander
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp garlic puree
- Salt and pepper
- ½ lemon, squeezed
- Tub of tzatziki
- Jar of mango chutney
- Handful of red onion
- Roasted red pepper
- Fresh chilli (optional)
- Fresh coriander (optional)
Method
- Cut your chicken thighs into small pieces and pop into a bowl.
- In the bowl, add the yoghurt and all the spices along with plenty of salt and pepper.
- Pop the chicken in the air fryer for 12-14 minutes at 180º until cooked through.
- Take your Lebanese Style Flatbreads and add a dollop of tzatziki and mango chutney to each.
- Next, add the cooked chicken pieces.
- Top with red onion, roasted red pepper, fresh chilli and coriander.
- Serve with a squeeze of lemon and enjoy!
