Storage & Reheating
Caramelized onions can be made in a large batch and stored in the fridge for up to five days. The steak is best enjoyed fresh, but leftovers can be kept for two days. To reheat, warm the steak and onions in a pan briefly before assembling your sando on fresh focaccia to keep the bread soft.
