Ingredients
- 1 Deli Kitchen Sliced Focaccia
- 40g passata
- 20g tomato purée
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- Pinch of sugar
- 30g pepperoni slices
- 30g reduced-fat cheddar
- 40g reduced-fat mozzarella
Method
- In a bowl, mix passata, tomato purée, most of the oregano and a pinch of sugar together.
- Spread the homemade pizza sauce onto the base piece of focaccia, then top with the cheeses and slices of pepperoni.
- Repeat the above on the top slice of focaccia, then place on top of the base slice.
- Sprinkle a pinch of oregano, then place 2 toothpicks through the slices of pepperoni (so they don’t blow away in the airfryer).
- Cook at 180ºC for 5-7 minutes and enjoy!
