
Scotch Egg Sandwich
Ingredients
2 Deli Kitchen Sliced Focaccia
4 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp English mustard
A small handful watercress
75g cheddar cheese, sliced
1 large scotch egg, sliced
2 Deli Kitchen Sliced Focaccia
4 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp English mustard

75g cheddar cheese, sliced
1 large scotch egg, sliced
Method
Lightly toast the sliced focaccia. Combine the mayonnaise with English mustard and a little seasoning in a small bowl. Spread on the bottom half of each focaccia.
Top with watercress, cheddar and the Scotch egg slices, then sandwich together with the top half.
Wrap in parchment and Eat Wild!
