Ingredients

  • 1 Deli Kitchen Persian Style Flatbread
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp parmesan, grated
  • 1 tsp coriander, finely chopped

Method

  1. Fill a saucepan with enough water to completely cover the eggs and bring to a boil.
  2. Gently add both eggs to the water and boil for 5 minutes (use a timer).
  3. Whilst the eggs are cooking, cut the flatbread in half and air fry each piece for 2 minutes. Once done, sprinkle each piece with parmesan and coriander, then pop back into the airfryer for 15 seconds.
  4. Once the timer goes off, remove the eggs from the water and immediately run under cold water for 30 seconds to stop them from cooking further.
  5. Cut the flatbread into strips to make the soldiers.
  6. Place your cooked eggs into egg cups, top them and start dipping those soldiers into the runny yolks!
