Ingredients
- 1 Deli Kitchen Persian Style Flatbread
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp parmesan, grated
- 1 tsp coriander, finely chopped
Method
- Fill a saucepan with enough water to completely cover the eggs and bring to a boil.
- Gently add both eggs to the water and boil for 5 minutes (use a timer).
- Whilst the eggs are cooking, cut the flatbread in half and air fry each piece for 2 minutes. Once done, sprinkle each piece with parmesan and coriander, then pop back into the airfryer for 15 seconds.
- Once the timer goes off, remove the eggs from the water and immediately run under cold water for 30 seconds to stop them from cooking further.
- Cut the flatbread into strips to make the soldiers.
- Place your cooked eggs into egg cups, top them and start dipping those soldiers into the runny yolks!
