Breakfast Chilli Cheese Flatbread

  • 1 Deli Kitchen Persian Style Flatbread
  • 100g mature cheddar, grated
  • 2 spring onions, chopped
  • 1 green chilli, finely chopped
  • Black pepper, cracked
  • Vegetable oil, for frying
  • 4 eggs
  • Ketchup (optional)


  1. In a bowl, mix together the cheese, spring onions, chilli and some cracked black pepper. 
  2. Sprinkle the cheese mix evenly over the flatbread, reserving 2 tbsp for later. 
  3. Airfry at 180º for 3-4 minutes until browned and bubbly.
  4. Heat a little oil in a frying pan over a medium-high heat. 
  5. Crack in the eggs and fry for 2-3 minutes until the whites are just set and the yolks are still runny.
  6. Open the airfryer drawer, place the eggs on top of the flatbread, sprinkle on more cheese mix and airfry for another minute. 
  7. Serve immediately with ketchup, if using.
