Ingredients
- 1 Deli Kitchen Lebanese Style Flatbread
- Portion of Falafel
- Handful of tomatoes, halved
- A few slices of pickle
- Portion of aubergine, sliced and fried
- Sprinkle of chopped flat-leaf parsley
- Drizzle of chilli sauce and tahini sauce
- Dollop of hummus
Method
- Fry off the aubergine and set aside.
- Take the Lebanese Style Flatbread and spread a dollop of hummus all over.
- Layer on falafels, tomatoes, pickles and fried aubergine.
- Drizzle on chilli and tahini sauce.
- Top with flat-leaf parsley and serve!
