Ingredients

  • 1 Deli Kitchen Lebanese Style Flatbread
  • Portion of Falafel
  • Handful of tomatoes, halved
  • A few slices of pickle
  • Portion of aubergine, sliced and fried
  • Sprinkle of chopped flat-leaf parsley
  • Drizzle of chilli sauce and tahini sauce
  • Dollop of hummus

Method

  1. Fry off the aubergine and set aside.
  2. Take the Lebanese Style Flatbread and spread a dollop of hummus all over.
  3. Layer on falafels, tomatoes, pickles and fried aubergine.
  4. Drizzle on chilli and tahini sauce.
  5. Top with flat-leaf parsley and serve!
