Cheesy Cauliflower Naan Toasty

2 Deli Kitchen Plain Naans

Half a head of cauliflower

1 tsp curry powder

1/2 tsp turmeric

1 tsp garam masala

Pinch of salt and pepper

Small handful of coriander

2 tbsp mango chutney

150 g cheddar cheese/vegan cheese

4 tsp yoghurt

1 tsp mint sauce


  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, slice the cauliflower into thin bits and toss with oil, curry powder, turmeric, garam masala, salt and pepper. Place on a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes.
  2. Grate loads of cheese onto your flatbread then top with the roasted cauliflower bits, mango chutney, yoghurt and a drizzle of mint sauce.
  3. Fold in half and toast in a pan with something weighing it down on top. Flip after a few minutes to ensure both sides are toasted and the cheese is melted. 
  4. Dig in and enjoy
