Ingredients
- 1 Deli Kitchen Persian Style Flatbread
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 4 slices smoked salmon
- 1 cucumber, ribboned
- Salt and pepper
- Squeeze of lemon juice
Method
- Take the Persian Style Flatbread and spread the cream cheese all over.
- Next, add the ribboned cucumber and then layer the salmon on top.
- Drizzle a squeeze of lemon juice, then a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
- Roll the flatbread up tightly, secure with toothpicks, then cut into 4 pinwheels.
- Serve and enjoy!
