  • 1 Deli Kitchen Persian Style Flatbread
  • 2 leftover burger patties
  • Iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • Pickles, chopped
  • White onion, diced
  • 4 Cheese singles
  • 60g mayo
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 pickle chopped
  • Tbsp pickle juice
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 15g light tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp water (adjust for the level of thickness you want the sauce)


  1. Reheat your leftover burgers in the oven.
  2. Chop the burgers into small pieces, then mash with a fork and set aside in a bowl.
  3. Take the flatbread and sprinkle over the burger pieces until the whole flatbread is covered.
  4. Next, layer on lettuce, pickles, onion and the cheese singles.
  5. For the homemade burger sauce, mix mayo, mustard, chopped pickle and juice, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, ketchup, and water in a bowl.
  6. Drizzle the homemade burger sauce all over the flatbread.
  7. Roll the flatbread up and slice in half.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
