Ingredients
1 Deli Kitchen Garlic & Coriander Naan
100g sweetcorn
50g mushrooms
1 yellow pepper
Half an onion
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp garlic granules
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp oregano
100g passata
100g cheddar cheese
100g mozzarella cheese
Method
- Pre-heat an oven to 180C/356F/Gas mark 4.
- Chop 50g mushrooms, 1 yellow pepper and half an onion.
- Heat a frying pan with 1 tbsp of oil on medium-low heat. Add the chopped vegetables, 100g sweetcorn, 1 tsp garlic granules, 1 tsp paprika, and 1 tsp oregano then cook for 5-10 minutes.
- Whilst this cooks spread 100g passata on a Deli Kitchen Garlic & Coriander Naan.
- Sprinkle the cooked vegetables over the naan base and load up with 100g of cheddar cheese and 100g of mozzarella cheese.
- Add the pizza to the preheated oven at the same temperature for 10-12 minutes.
- Remove from the heat, slice it up and enjoy!
