  • 1 Deli Kitchen Indian Spiced Wrap
  • 4 bacon rashers
  • 1 whole egg + 3 egg whites
  • Handful of spinach
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • Sriracha mayo
  • Garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper


  1. Cook the bacon in a pan until crispy. Leave in the pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the whole egg and egg whites. Pour the mixture into the pan alongside the bacon to create an omelette.
  3. Place the Indian Spiced Wrap in the pan, on top of the forming “omelette”.
  4. Once cooked, flip the omelette.
  5. On one half of the wrap, layer spinach and tomato slices. Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
  6. Add sliced avocado and drizzle with sriracha mayo.
  7. Fold, slice and enjoy!
