Ingredients
- 1 Deli Kitchen Indian Spiced Wrap
- 4 bacon rashers
- 1 whole egg + 3 egg whites
- Handful of spinach
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- Sriracha mayo
- Garlic powder
- Salt and pepper
Method
- Cook the bacon in a pan until crispy. Leave in the pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together the whole egg and egg whites. Pour the mixture into the pan alongside the bacon to create an omelette.
- Place the Indian Spiced Wrap in the pan, on top of the forming “omelette”.
- Once cooked, flip the omelette.
- On one half of the wrap, layer spinach and tomato slices. Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
- Add sliced avocado and drizzle with sriracha mayo.
- Fold, slice and enjoy!
