Ingredients

  • 1 Deli Kitchen Folded Flatbread
  • ½ tin of tuna
  • 2 boiled eggs, quartered
  • Handful of tomatoes, halved
  • Half a cucumber, sliced
  • Handful of green beans, halved
  • Handful of radishes, halved
  • ½ red onion, thinly sliced
  • Portion of lettuce, shredded
  • Drizzle of mustard dressing

Method

  1. Boil, peel and quarter the eggs.
  2. Open the can of tuna and drain.
  3. Once chopped, layer a bed of lettuce on a plate.
  4. Place the chopped vegetables and egg quarters on top. 
  5. Add the tuna, then sprinkle on the red onion.
  6. Take the completed salad, then pour into a bowl and drizzle with the mustard dressing.
  7. Mix well, then scoop the salad into the Protein Folded Flatbread.
  8. Drizzle with more mustard dressing.
  9. Serve and enjoy!
