Ingredients

For the Salad:

  • ● 1 pack of Deli Kitchen Everything Wraps (cut into strips or small squares)
  • ● 2 tbsp olive oil (for crisping the wraps)
  • ● 1 romaine lettuce (chopped)
  • ● 1 cucumber (diced)
  • ● 2 tomatoes (chopped)
  • ● ½ red onion (thinly sliced)
  • ● 3 radishes (thinly sliced)
  • ● ¼ cup fresh parsley (chopped)
  • ● ¼ cup fresh mint (chopped)
  • ● ¼ cup pomegranate seeds (optional, for extra freshness)
  • For the Dressing:
  • ● 3 tbsp olive oil
  • ● 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • ● 1 tbsp sour cherry molasses (or balsamic vinegar if unavailable)
  • ● 1 tsp sumac (for that tangy kick)
  • ● 1 garlic clove (minced)
  • ● ½ tsp salt
  • ● ½ tsp black pepper

Method

  1. Cut the Deli Kitchen Everything Wraps into triangles and fry in olive oil until crispy,
    drain on a paper towel. Set aside to cool.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, sour cherry molasses, sumac,
    garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a large salad bowl, combine the lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, red onion,
    radishes, parsley, and mint.
  4. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss well.
  5. Just before serving, add the crispy Deli Kitchen Everything Wraps on top to
    maintain crunch.
  6. Sprinkle with pomegranate seeds for extra flavor.
