Ingredients
- 1 Deli Kitchen Folded Flatbread
- ½ tin of tuna
- 2 boiled eggs, quartered
- Handful of tomatoes, halved
- Half a cucumber, sliced
- Handful of green beans, halved
- Handful of radishes, halved
- ½ red onion, thinly sliced
- Portion of lettuce, shredded
- Drizzle of mustard dressing
Method
- Boil, peel and quarter the eggs.
- Open the can of tuna and drain.
- Once chopped, layer a bed of lettuce on a plate.
- Place the chopped vegetables and egg quarters on top.
- Add the tuna, then sprinkle on the red onion.
- Take the completed salad, then pour into a bowl and drizzle with the mustard dressing.
- Mix well, then scoop the salad into the Protein Folded Flatbread.
- Drizzle with more mustard dressing.
- Serve and enjoy!
