                  Ingredients
For the Salad:
- ● 1 pack of Deli Kitchen Everything Wraps (cut into strips or small squares)
- ● 2 tbsp olive oil (for crisping the wraps)
- ● 1 romaine lettuce (chopped)
- ● 1 cucumber (diced)
- ● 2 tomatoes (chopped)
- ● ½ red onion (thinly sliced)
- ● 3 radishes (thinly sliced)
- ● ¼ cup fresh parsley (chopped)
- ● ¼ cup fresh mint (chopped)
- ● ¼ cup pomegranate seeds (optional, for extra freshness)
- For the Dressing:
- ● 3 tbsp olive oil
- ● 2 tbsp lemon juice
- ● 1 tbsp sour cherry molasses (or balsamic vinegar if unavailable)
- ● 1 tsp sumac (for that tangy kick)
- ● 1 garlic clove (minced)
- ● ½ tsp salt
- ● ½ tsp black pepper
Method
- Cut the Deli Kitchen Everything Wraps into triangles and fry in olive oil until crispy,
 drain on a paper towel. Set aside to cool.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, sour cherry molasses, sumac,
 garlic, salt, and pepper.
- In a large salad bowl, combine the lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, red onion,
 radishes, parsley, and mint.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss well.
- Just before serving, add the crispy Deli Kitchen Everything Wraps on top to
 maintain crunch.
