  • 2 Deli Kitchen Greek Style Flatbreads
  • Pre-cooked BBQ pulled pork
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Pickle, ribboned 
  • 6 cups red cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Mayo (or light mayo)
  • 2 red onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar 
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper


  1. In a large bowl, add red cabbage, mayo, red onion, white vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Mix well and set aside.
  2. Take the Greek Style Flatbreads and place on a flat surface.
  3. On one half of each flatbread, spread dollops of homemade slaw.
  4. Layer on the leftover bbq pulled pork.
  5. Top with cheddar cheese and ribbons of pickle
  6. Fold the flatbreads in half and enjoy!
