  • 2 Deli Kitchen Greek Style Flatbreads
  • 4 fish fingers
  • 1 iceberg lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup real mayonnaise
  • 1 cup finely chopped dill pickles
  • 1 Tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper


  1. To make your tartare sauce, combine mayonnaise, dill pickles, parsley, lemon juice, sugar, and ground pepper in a bowl and stir well.
  2. Take the Greek Style Flatbreads and place on a flat surface.
  3. On one half of each flatbread, spread dollops of the tartare sauce.
  4. Layer on lettuce, then top with fish fingers (two for each flatbread).
  5. Fold the flatbreads in half and enjoy!
