Ingredients

  • 1 Deli Kitchen Greek Style Flatbread
  • 50g Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 Packet of Feta, cubed
  • 5 Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 5 Cucumber slices
  • 5 black or green olives, sliced
  • 1 tbsp of Hummus
  • A sprinkle of dried oregano

Method

  1. Hold the flatbread in your hand, so it creates a ‘pocket’ shape for your fillings.
  2. Spread a dollop of hummus onto the flatbread.
  3. Add cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, and olives inside the flatbread pocket.
  4. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top.
  5. Season with a sprinkle of dried oregano.
  6. Serve immediately!
