- 1 Deli Kitchen Greek Style Flatbread
- 50g Feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 Packet of Feta, cubed
- 5 Cherry tomatoes, halved
- 5 Cucumber slices
- 5 black or green olives, sliced
- 1 tbsp of Hummus
- A sprinkle of dried oregano
- Hold the flatbread in your hand, so it creates a ‘pocket’ shape for your fillings.
- Spread a dollop of hummus onto the flatbread.
- Add cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, and olives inside the flatbread pocket.
- Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top.
- Season with a sprinkle of dried oregano.
- Serve immediately!
