Ingredients
- 2 Deli Kitchen Greek Style Flatbreads
- Pre-cooked BBQ pulled pork
- Cheddar cheese
- Pickle, ribboned
- 6 cups red cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 cup Mayo (or light mayo)
- 2 red onions, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Method
- In a large bowl, add red cabbage, mayo, red onion, white vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Mix well and set aside.
- Take the Greek Style Flatbreads and place on a flat surface.
- On one half of each flatbread, spread dollops of homemade slaw.
- Layer on the leftover bbq pulled pork.
- Top with cheddar cheese and ribbons of pickle
- Fold the flatbreads in half and enjoy!
