  • 1 Deli Kitchen Garlic Tear & Share Flatbread
  • 2 ripe tomatoes
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 5 slices Manchego cheese
  • Serrano Ham
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Handful freshly chopped parsley
  • Sea salt


  1. In a large bowl, finely grate 2 ripe tomatoes.
  2. In a smaller bowl, take a sieve and strain the grated tomato, separating the liquid from the pulp.
  3. Next, grate 1 large clove of garlic into the bowl with the tomato pulp.
  4. Season with salt and olive oil, then mix together.
  5. Spoon the mixture over the entire Garlic Tear & Share Flatbread.
  6. Add Serrano ham, then top with grated manchego cheese and freshly chopped parsley.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
