Ingredients
- 2 Deli Kitchen Carb Lite Wraps
- 3 avocados, diced
- 1 Roma tomato, finely diced (about a heaping 1/2 cup)
- 3 tbsp chopped coriander
- 1/2 jalapeño, finely diced (with seeds)
- 1/3 cup finely diced red onion
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- Salt
Method
- In a bowl, add diced avocado and lightly mash with a fork.
- Next, add the diced tomato, chopped coriander, jalapeño, red onion, and lime juice, then season with salt. Stir until combined.
- Cut Carb Lite wraps into small triangles, then airfry until crispy.
- Dip the chips into the guacamole and enjoy!
