Ingredients
- 2 Deli Kitchen Greek Style Flatbreads
- 4 fish fingers
- 1 iceberg lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup real mayonnaise
- 1 cup finely chopped dill pickles
- 1 Tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Method
- To make your tartare sauce, combine mayonnaise, dill pickles, parsley, lemon juice, sugar, and ground pepper in a bowl and stir well.
- Take the Greek Style Flatbreads and place on a flat surface.
- On one half of each flatbread, spread dollops of the tartare sauce.
- Layer on lettuce, then top with fish fingers (two for each flatbread).
- Fold the flatbreads in half and enjoy!
