  • 1 Deli Kitchen Greek Style Flatbread
  • 150g brie cheese, sliced
  • 4 bacon rashers
  • 3 tbsp cranberry sauce (store-bought)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste


  1. In a frying pan over medium heat, cook the bacon rashers until they’re crispy, turning occasionally. Once done, transfer them to a paper towel to drain and cool slightly. Then, crumble or chop the bacon into smaller pieces.
  2. Lay out the Greek Style Flatbread. Evenly spread the cranberry sauce over half of the flatbread.
  3. Next arrange the brie slices on top of the cranberry layer. Sprinkle the crumbled bacon over the brie. Season lightly with salt and black pepper.
  4. Fold the other half of the flatbread over the fillings, creating a half-moon shape. Return the pan to medium heat. Place the folded flatbread in the pan and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until the flatbread is golden brown and the brie has started to melt.
  5. Remove from the pan, cut into portions, and serve immediately.
