Ingredients

  • 1 Deli Kitchen Persian Style Flatbread
  • 1 pack of pre-made falafel
  • 2-3 tablespoons plain yogurt
  • 1-2 tablespoons tahini sauce
  • 1/4 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 tomato, thinly sliced
  • 1-2 tablespoons pomegranate seeds

Method

  1. Lay the Persian-style flatbread on a clean surface or a plate.
  2. Spread a generous layer of plain yogurt evenly over the entire flatbread.
  3. Break the falafels into smaller pieces and distribute them over the yogurt-covered flatbread.
  4. Drizzle tahini sauce over the falafel and yogurt. 
  5. Place the thinly sliced cucumber on top of the falafel and tahini.
  6. Add the thinly sliced tomato on top of the cucumber.
  7. Finish by sprinkling pomegranate seeds over the entire flatbread and serve!
