Ingredients
- 1 Deli Kitchen Persian Style Flatbread
- 1 pack of pre-made falafel
- 2-3 tablespoons plain yogurt
- 1-2 tablespoons tahini sauce
- 1/4 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1/2 tomato, thinly sliced
- 1-2 tablespoons pomegranate seeds
Method
- Lay the Persian-style flatbread on a clean surface or a plate.
- Spread a generous layer of plain yogurt evenly over the entire flatbread.
- Break the falafels into smaller pieces and distribute them over the yogurt-covered flatbread.
- Drizzle tahini sauce over the falafel and yogurt.
- Place the thinly sliced cucumber on top of the falafel and tahini.
- Add the thinly sliced tomato on top of the cucumber.
- Finish by sprinkling pomegranate seeds over the entire flatbread and serve!
