100g halloumi
3 tbsp Greek yoghurt
¼ cucumber diced
2 tbsp mint sauce
Lettuce
1 pomegranate
½ lemon juiced
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic granules
1 tbsp olive oil
Greek-style flat bread
½ tsp chilli powder
½ tsp ground cumin

Method
Marinate your chicken in lemon juice, paprika, garlic granules, chilli powder, cumin, olive oil and cook in an Airfyer at 180°C for 18-20 minutes.
For the sauce, in a bowl, mix your Greek yoghurt with diced cucumber and mint sauce.
In a bowl, add your Greek-style flatbread and push in to bowl, then air fry at 180°C for 5 minutes and remove from the bowl.
Add lettuce, chicken, halloumi, tzatziki, and pomegranates and enjoy.
