  • 1 Deli Kitchen Carb Lite Wrap 
  • Handful of diced red onion 
  • 120g chicken breast 
  • 15g chorizo 
  • 1tbsp tomato purée 
  • Sprinkle of paprika 
  • 15g grated cheddar cheese 
  • 15g mozzarella 
  • 30g Philadelphia cheese


  1. Fry off red onion, chicken and chorizo.
  2. Next, add tomato puree and season with paprika.
  3. In a bowl, combine cheddar, mozzarella and Philadelphia cheese, then add the chicken & chorizo mix.
  4. Place the wrap on a plate, fill, fold and smear the top with some sauce.
  5. Pop into the air fryer for 3 minutes, slice in half and enjoy!
