  • 1 Deli Kitchen Carb Lite Wrap
  • 1/2 cup cooked or canned chickpeas, lightly mashed
  • 2 tablespoons vegan mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon diced red onion
  • 1 tablespoon chopped celery
  • Salt and pepper


  1. In a bowl, mix the mashed chickpeas, vegan mayonnaise, curry powder, red onion, celery, salt and pepper.
  2. Warm the wrap if desired.
  3. Spread the chickpea mixture evenly onto the centre of the wrap.
  4. Roll up the wrap tightly, folding in the sides as you go.
  5. Slice and Serve.
