Buffalo Chicken Wrap

Ingredients

  • 1 Deli Kitchen Protein Wrap
  • 180g chicken breasts, chopped
  • 15g lighter cheddar cheese
  • 40g lighter soft cheese
  • Half red pepper, chopped
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp mixed herbs
  • 2 tbsp Buffalo Hot Sauce

Method

  1. Add the chicken, pepper, smoked paprika and mixed herbs to a pan, then cook off on a medium heat for 5-10 mins until cooked through. 
  2. Add the soft cheese, grated cheddar and buffalo hot sauce to the pan, mix together, then cook for a further 2-3 minutes.
  3. Next, take your Deli Kitchen Protein Wrap, fill with the chicken mix, fold, then pop in the pan for a few minutes each side, until the outside is nice and crispy.
  4. Slice in half and enjoy!
