Ingredients
- 1 Deli Kitchen Persian Style Flatbread
- 100g mature cheddar, grated
- 2 spring onions, chopped
- 1 green chilli, finely chopped
- Black pepper, cracked
- Vegetable oil, for frying
- 4 eggs
- Ketchup (optional)
Method
- In a bowl, mix together the cheese, spring onions, chilli and some cracked black pepper.
- Sprinkle the cheese mix evenly over the flatbread, reserving 2 tbsp for later.
- Airfry at 180º for 3-4 minutes until browned and bubbly.
- Heat a little oil in a frying pan over a medium-high heat.
- Crack in the eggs and fry for 2-3 minutes until the whites are just set and the yolks are still runny.
- Open the airfryer drawer, place the eggs on top of the flatbread, sprinkle on more cheese mix and airfry for another minute.
- Serve immediately with ketchup, if using.
