Ingredients
- 1 Deli Kitchen Carb Lite Wrap
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 50g cooked wafer thin ham, sliced
- 30g cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup iceberg lettuce, shredded
Method
- Place the wrap on a chopping board, then spread mayonnaise right to the edges.
- Next add the slices of ham, then scatter on the cheddar cheese and iceberg lettuce.
- Roll the filled wrap into a sausage shape and secure with a few cocktail sticks.
- Slice the wrap into four pinwheels then remove the cocktail sticks and place the pinwheels into the lunch box tightly packed to stop them unwrapping.
