Ingredients
- 1/2 onion
- 100g cheddar cheese grated
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1 Deli Kitchen Persian Style Flatbread
Method
- Slice up your onions and bang them in the air fryer along with the bratwurst. Cook at 160C for 15 mins.
- Mix the mustard and tomato ketchup in a small bowl.
- Spread the sauce on your flatbread, scatter on the grated cheese, pop on the onions and then top off with the bratwurst. Roll it up, whack it in the air fryer to warm through and melt the cheese, and it’s game time!
