- 2 Deli Kitchen Carb Lite Wraps
- Tomato, sliced
- Cucumber, sliced
- Red onion, sliced
- Handful of coriander
- Lettuce, shredded
- Tub of tzatziki
For the seasoned mince:
800g Chicken mince
1 tablespoon of ground cumin
1 tablespoon ground coriander
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon salt
Black pepper
Glug of Olive oil
Half a lemon squeezed
Method
- Method:
- In a bowl, add the chicken mince and all of the seasoning, then mix well.
- Next, take each Deli Kitchen Carb Lite Wraps and a portion of the seasoned chicken mince and smash over the surface of each of the wraps, going close to the edges.
- Fry off in pan for a few minutes either side, then set aside on a plate.
- Top with cucumber, tomato, red onion, coriander and lettuce.
- Drizzle over tzatziki and serve!
