Ingredients
- 1 Deli Kitchen Persian Style Flatbread
- 2 leftover burger patties
- Iceberg lettuce, shredded
- Pickles, chopped
- White onion, diced
- 4 Cheese singles
- 60g mayo
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 pickle chopped
- Tbsp pickle juice
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 15g light tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp water (adjust for the level of thickness you want the sauce)
Method
- Reheat your leftover burgers in the oven.
- Chop the burgers into small pieces, then mash with a fork and set aside in a bowl.
- Take the flatbread and sprinkle over the burger pieces until the whole flatbread is covered.
- Next, layer on lettuce, pickles, onion and the cheese singles.
- For the homemade burger sauce, mix mayo, mustard, chopped pickle and juice, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, ketchup, and water in a bowl.
- Drizzle the homemade burger sauce all over the flatbread.
- Roll the flatbread up and slice in half.
- Serve and enjoy!
