Ingredients
- 1 Deli Kitchen Greek Style Flatbread
- 150g brie cheese, sliced
- 4 bacon rashers
- 3 tbsp cranberry sauce (store-bought)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Method
- In a frying pan over medium heat, cook the bacon rashers until they’re crispy, turning occasionally. Once done, transfer them to a paper towel to drain and cool slightly. Then, crumble or chop the bacon into smaller pieces.
- Lay out the Greek Style Flatbread. Evenly spread the cranberry sauce over half of the flatbread.
- Next arrange the brie slices on top of the cranberry layer. Sprinkle the crumbled bacon over the brie. Season lightly with salt and black pepper.
- Fold the other half of the flatbread over the fillings, creating a half-moon shape. Return the pan to medium heat. Place the folded flatbread in the pan and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until the flatbread is golden brown and the brie has started to melt.
- Remove from the pan, cut into portions, and serve immediately.
