Ingredients
- 1 Deli Kitchen Rustic Pizza Flatbread
- 3 tbsp olive oil, divided
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 200g fresh spinach
- 200g mushrooms, sliced
- 100g ricotta cheese
- 150g mozzarella cheese, shredded or sliced
- Salt & black pepper
Method
- In a skillet, heat 2 tbsp olive oil, sauté garlic, add mushrooms until browned, then spinach until wilted. Season to taste.
- Brush flatbread with 1 tbsp olive oil. Top with spinach-mushroom mix, and mozzarella.
- Oven bake until edges are golden and cheese melts (about 10-15 min).
- Cool briefly, top with ricotta & pepper. Slice & enjoy!
