Ingredients
- 1 Deli Kitchen Garlic Tear & Share Flatbread
- 2 ripe tomatoes
- 1 clove garlic
- 5 slices Manchego cheese
- Serrano Ham
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Handful freshly chopped parsley
- Sea salt
Method
- In a large bowl, finely grate 2 ripe tomatoes.
- In a smaller bowl, take a sieve and strain the grated tomato, separating the liquid from the pulp.
- Next, grate 1 large clove of garlic into the bowl with the tomato pulp.
- Season with salt and olive oil, then mix together.
- Spoon the mixture over the entire Garlic Tear & Share Flatbread.
- Add Serrano ham, then top with grated manchego cheese and freshly chopped parsley.
- Serve and enjoy!
