Ingredients

  • ● 250g ricotta
  • ● Zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • ● 1 tbsp olive oil (for the dip)
  • ● 1 tbsp honey (for the dip)
  • ● 4 tbsp honey (for the hot honey)
  • ● 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • ● Salt (to taste)
  • ● Pistachios, roughly chopped (for garnish)
  • ● 4 figs, quartered (for garnish)
  • ● 4 Deli Kitchen Greek flatbreads

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan). Slice the Deli Kitchen Greek flatbreads into fingers
    and arrange them on a baking tray. Toast in the oven for 5-8 minutes, until golden
    and crisp.
  2. In a food processor, blend the ricotta, lemon zest, lemon juice, and olive oil with 1
    tbsp honey and a pinch of salt until smooth and creamy.
  3. In a small pan, warm the remaining 4 tbsp honey with the chilli flakes.
  4. Spoon the ricotta dip into a serving dish. Drizzle generously with the hot honey.
  5. Garnish with fig quarters and a sprinkle of chopped pistachios for added crunch.
  6. Place the toasted flatbread fingers alongside the dip, surrounded by an
    assortment of other dips for a vibrant, shareable spread.
