Ingredients
- ● 1 Deli Kitchen Pinsa bread
- ● 2–3 ripe tomatoes
- ● 1 peeled garlic clove
- ● Extra virgin olive oil
- ● Pinch of sea salt
- ● 4–5 anchovy fillets
- ● Fresh oregano leaves
Method
- Heat the Deli Kitchen Pinsa bread in a pizza oven until warm and slightly crisp.
- Once the bread is warm, rub it all over with the peeled garlic clove while still hot.
- Grate 2–3 ripe tomatoes into a bowl, discarding the skin. Stir in a drizzle of olive oil
and a pinch of salt to make a fresh, simple tomato sauce. - Spoon the grated tomato mixture generously over the warm pinsa.
- Arrange anchovy fillets over the top and scatter with fresh oregano leaves.
- Slice into portions if desired and serve as part of your outdoor spread.
