Ingredients
- 1 Deli Kitchen Sliced Focaccia
- Portion of pepperoni slices
- Portion of salami slices
- Portion of ham slices
- 4 Provolone cheese slices
- 1 Red onion, sliced
- 2 Chilli peppers, sliced
- 1 iceberg lettuce, shredded
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- Dried Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper
Method
- On a chopping board, layer lettuce, pepperoni, salami, ham, provolone cheese, red onions, chilli peppers and sliced tomatoes.
- Next, top with mayonnaise, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Using a sharp knife, chop everything up and mix together until completely combined.
- Load the mixture into the focaccia, slice in half and serve!
