Ingredients
- 3 Deli Kitchen Protein Wraps
- Pre-cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 2 big avocados
- 1 small tomato, chopped
- 1 small red onion, chopped
- 2 Tsp fresh coriander
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Juice of one lemon
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of chilli flakes
Method
- Take the Protein wraps and slice each one in half.
- Fold each wrap to create a cone shape, then pin with a toothpick.
- Pop in the oven at 180º until golden and crispy.
- Meanwhile, in a bowl, add chopped avocado, squeeze of lemon juice and a pinch of salt before mashing together.
- Next, add chopped tomato and red onion, shredded chicken, chilli flakes and a sprinkle of smoked paprika, then mix together.
- Once cooked, take the toothpicks out of the cones.
- Next, use an ice cream scoop to add a portion of the guac to the cone.
- Top with coriander and serve!
