  • 8-10 cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 onion
  • 100g mozzarella
  • Salt/pepper
  • Basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 yellow pepper
  • 1 Deli Kitchen Garlic & Coriander Naan


  1. Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil in a pan and put on a medium heat, add the chopped onion, garlic, tomatoes, peppers and balsamic vinegar.
  2. Whilst the ingredients are cooking, pop the garlic naan in oven at 180C for 10-12 mins.
  3. Drizzle a little balsamic over the naan, then spoon on the mixture from pan. Season with salt and pepper then top off with the mozzarella. Fold over and tuck in!
