Ingredients
- 8-10 cherry tomatoes
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 onion
- 100g mozzarella
- Salt/pepper
- Basil leaves
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 yellow pepper
- 1 Deli Kitchen Garlic & Coriander Naan
Method
- Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil in a pan and put on a medium heat, add the chopped onion, garlic, tomatoes, peppers and balsamic vinegar.
- Whilst the ingredients are cooking, pop the garlic naan in oven at 180C for 10-12 mins.
- Drizzle a little balsamic over the naan, then spoon on the mixture from pan. Season with salt and pepper then top off with the mozzarella. Fold over and tuck in!
