Ingredients
- 1 Deli Kitchen Everything Wrap
- 2 eggs, scrambled
- 3 bacon rashers, cooked
- Spring onion, thinly sliced
- Dollop of cream cheese
- Salt and pepper
Method
- Heat 1 tsp oil in a frying pan on a medium heat, then scramble 2 eggs.
- Next, fry off 3 bacon rashers.
- Take the Deli Kitchen Everything Wrap and spread a dollop of cream cheese in the top-middle of the wrap.
- Layer on the scrambled eggs and bacon rashers.
- Top with spring onion, salt and pepper.
- Fold the sides in, then the bottom to form a “pocket”.
- Fry off each side in a pan and serve!
