Ingredients

  • ● 1 Deli Kitchen Pinsa bread
  • ● 2–3 ripe tomatoes
  • ● 1 peeled garlic clove
  • ● Extra virgin olive oil
  • ● Pinch of sea salt
  • ● 4–5 anchovy fillets
  • ● Fresh oregano leaves

Method

  1. Heat the Deli Kitchen Pinsa bread in a pizza oven until warm and slightly crisp.
  2. Once the bread is warm, rub it all over with the peeled garlic clove while still hot.
  3. Grate 2–3 ripe tomatoes into a bowl, discarding the skin. Stir in a drizzle of olive oil
    and a pinch of salt to make a fresh, simple tomato sauce.
  4. Spoon the grated tomato mixture generously over the warm pinsa.
  5. Arrange anchovy fillets over the top and scatter with fresh oregano leaves.
  6. Slice into portions if desired and serve as part of your outdoor spread.
