Ingredients

  • Deli Kitchen Carb Lite Wraps 
  • Leftover turkey, sliced
  • Leftover roasted carrots and parsnips, sliced into strips
  • Leftover red cabbage 
  • Leftover roast potatoes, sliced 
  • Cooked spinach
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • Extra gravy, heated, for dipping or drizzling
  • Optional: cranberry sauce or stuffing for bonus festive vibes!

Method

  1. Warm the turkey, roasted carrots, parsnips, roast potatoes, and cooked spinach in the oven until heated through.
  2. Lay a large piece of brown paper flat on your work surface. Place the wrap or tortilla on top of the paper.
  3. Start by spreading the cooked spinach evenly over the wrap.
  4. Layer on the red cabbage, followed by the warm turkey, roasted veg, and smashed potatoes.
  5. Add a dollop of cranberry sauce or a bit of stuffing if you’re feeling indulgent.
  6. Use the brown paper to help you roll the wrap tightly—fold the sides in first, then roll from bottom to top, pressing as you go. Leave it wrapped in the brown paper for easy handling.
  7. Cut the wrap in half through the paper to keep it together. 
  8. Serve with warm gravy on the side for dipping.
