Ingredients

  • 3 Deli Kitchen Protein Wraps
  • Pre-cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 2 big avocados 
  • 1 small tomato, chopped
  • 1 small red onion, chopped
  • 2 Tsp fresh coriander
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Juice of one lemon 
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of chilli flakes

Method

  1. Take the Protein wraps and slice each one in half.
  2. Fold each wrap to create a cone shape, then pin with a toothpick.
  3. Pop in the oven at 180º until golden and crispy.
  4. Meanwhile, in a bowl, add chopped avocado, squeeze of lemon juice and a pinch of salt before mashing together. 
  5. Next, add chopped tomato and red onion, shredded chicken, chilli flakes and a sprinkle of smoked paprika, then mix together.
  6. Once cooked, take the toothpicks out of the cones.
  7. Next, use an ice cream scoop to add a portion of the guac to the cone.
  8. Top with coriander and serve!
