Ingredients

  • 2 Deli Kitchen Folded Flatbreads
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 daikon radish, julienned
  • 1 cucumber, julienned
  • 1 jalapeños, sliced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 3 tsp rice wine vinegar
  • Portion of smoked salmon
  • Drizzle of Sriracha
  • Handful of coriander

Method

  1. Julienne the carrot, cucumber and daikon radish, then put into a bowl with some sliced jalapeños.
  2. Cover with rice wine vinegar, then sprinkle on the salt and sugar. Leave for 30 minutes.
  3. Fill the folded flatbread with the pickled veg mixture.
  4. Place the smoked salmon on top, then drizzle over the sriracha.
  5. Fold and serve!
