- 2 Deli Kitchen Sliced Focaccia
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp English mustard
- a small handful watercress
- 75g cheddar cheese, sliced
- 1 large scotch egg, sliced
- Lightly toast the sliced focaccia. Combine the mayonnaise with English mustard and a little seasoning in a small bowl. Spread on the bottom half of each focaccia.
- Top with watercress, cheddar and the Scotch egg slices, then sandwich together with the top half.
- Wrap in parchment and Eat Wild!
