Ingredients
- 1 Deli Kitchen Lebanese Style Flatbread
- 200g block of halloumi, sliced
- 2 tbsp of honey
- 1 tsp of chilli oil
- 1 tbsp of pickled red cabbage
- 1 tbsp of hummus
- Pomegranate seeds, to garnish
- Fresh coriander, to garnish
Method
- In a small bowl, combine the honey and chilli oil to create the hot honey sauce.
- Fry off halloumi slices on each side, then drizzle over some of the hot honey sauce (saving some for later) and let this bubble away for 2 minutes.
- Take a Deli Kitchen Lebanese Style Flatbread and cover with a large dollop of hummus.
- Place the coated halloumi slices on the flatbread, then top with pickled red cabbage, pomegranate seeds and coriander.
- Finish with a drizzle of the leftover hot honey sauce, then serve!
